I Contacted 1stglass windows for bespoke replacement sash windows and French Doors to my property. Having heard so many sad stories of poor window companies fitting substandard products I was extremely anxious in my search. However after meeting with Steve at their showroom my fears were laid to rest. From discussing my initial requirements, placing the order and the professional friendly guys fitting the products, the service i received was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. I would have absolutely no hesitation in returning again when I extend my property and need new windows, and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Lovely windows, great company, reasonably priced.

I called 1st Glass today as the lock on the door they installed three years ago suddenly stopped working. The lady who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful and within 50 minutes an engineer had been round and fixed it. Amazing service as always!

From first consult to the finished product being fitted 1glass were professional and provided first class customer service. And would recommend Kash and Aqib as fitter they did so in s smooth and sleek style that even a barber couldn’t provide. They worked on such a manner it seamed effortless . They made the whole experience a pleasure worth every penny many thanks .

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Their level of customer care from beginning to end has been superb. The quality of the products they sell are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. This level of service is rare and if you need any glazing work done, these are your guys. They have done work for family and friends and we all say the same. Would highly recommend. Thank you 1st glass for making a difficult house reno a little bit easier.

From start to finish the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. The team were professional from the very beginning right through to completion, keeping everything smooth and stress-free. A special mention to James, the fitter, who went above and beyond – his attention to detail and care were outstanding. The new front door looks amazing, the quality is excellent, and it has completely transformed the look of the house. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend!

What a brilliant service all around! Darren was fantastic at coming to assess our requirements and explained everything perfectly. We needed a cat flap installed on our patio doors and he talked us through how this would work. On the day of the installation Darren and Andy were efficient and tidy at getting the job done, and Irene in the office has been great at sending through the invoice for the works and helping us out when we called. All around top class service and we highly recommend First Glass Windows. Thank you!

Fantastic installation, 18 windows and 3 doors, from first initial contact with sales team to actual installation was quality. Installers were quite, polite, courteous, tidy, efficient and accommodating. Company comes highly recommended.

Great service from start to finish with a friendly team. From quote to survey to installation, everything very professionally handled – it's always disruptive having work done to the house but Dave and Danny, Craig and Liam were true gentlemen, respected the house and were great with the dogs. From start to finish, the first meeting and quote for works to completion we found the company to be friendly and professional. Steve, who came and did the initial measuring up and quote was efficient, friendly and reassuring. We felt we were in safe hand with this company.
We had all the windows and doors replaced, including 2 bays and french doors. The work is done methodically and thoroughly, John and Josh are friendly and reliable. Their attention to detail was impressive and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. We decided to have our windows installed very close to Christmas so work was completed in the New Year, communication from the company has been brilliant all the way through. We now have great looking windows and doors and are especially pleased because the house feels less draughty.
